The Woodway office services the Inner Loop, Bellaire, Tanglewood, Memorial, Meyerland and other neighborhoods along the 610 Loop.  

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly, we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

Born and raised in Louisiana, Summer Frank has proudly called Houston home since 2013. She quickly fell in love with the city's diverse neighborhoods, vibrant culture, incredible food, and welcoming community. Her local knowledge and passion for Houston helps clients find not just a home, but a place to thrive.

Before real estate, Summer built a career in marketing, communications, and housing, working with government agencies, community organizations, property owners, and residents. Her experience communicating complex information, solving problems, and building strong relationships allows her to guide clients through the real estate process with confidence and clarity.

Summer’s background shaped her reputation as a thoughtful listener and trusted advisor. Having served as the Landlord Liaison for the Houston Housing Authority further reinforced her belief that real estate is about creating opportunities and making a lasting impact in people's lives. Whether buying, selling, leasing, or investing, she is committed to helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Summer enjoys exploring Houston's restaurants and hidden gems, traveling, attending community events, creating content, and supporting local businesses. She's always looking for the next great coffee shop, neighborhood, or local experience to discover and share.
